The Leadership Roundtable will meet once a month for ten months. Through the interactive monthly sessions grounded in the real world, you will cultivate skills to make you a more effective leader. Learn to negotiate and advocate for yourself, leverage the strengths of your employees to get more work done, and build engaged, motivated, passionate teams.
The goal of the 88owls Leadership Roundtable is to help build stronger, more confident, better connected leaders, which we achieve through our facilitation of interactive and lively discussions and debates.
What can you expect from the Leadership Roundtable?
- Sessions are once a month for 10 months.
- Each session will last an hour and a half (1 1/2), and includes lunch.
- Each meeting will begin with the presentation of a specific topic, relevant research and case studies, and key areas for consideration. However, the core of the meetings are conducted through conversation and collaboration around those topics.
Who should attend? It has been said that ”a leader is someone who strives to think more, do more, become more, and inspire others to do the same”.
